The scoop on viewing apartments, qualifications, renting and who pays what:

We show apartments by appointment. Please call us or send us an email to book a showing.  

We need the following from you when you are ready to rent:

  Your income (salary,stipend,etc.) must be at least three times the rent. 

   We cannot accept anyone with a prior eviction.     

   We run your credit and a background check.

You must be 21 unless you will be living with a parent or legal guardian.

We do not hold apartments.  Please apply only if you really want it!

Our fees: security deposits(equal to one months rent); application fee $50.00 for 1st occupant and $25.00 for 2nd or 3rd, etc.

We do not have admin. or processing fees but  you pay the city  occupancy inspection fee, $70.00 per apartment (one time only).

We pay water, sewer, trash and parking is free!

You pay electric and cable and or internet.

We have 0 pet rent but we do have a one time fee of $175. per apartment (not per pet) if you have pets.
