All apartments have maple cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, soaking tubs, large windows and high ceilings! 

Laundry hook ups are provided in each apartment. You can provide your own or rent through Hoppy's for $40. mo. .

The entire building has been wired with new fiber optic by ATT.

Parking is free and in the rear of the building. It is gated with a 10 foot fence and requires a code for entry.

Guest entry is at the front door. A guest can contact you from our entry phone to be buzzed in. 

We are very Pet friendly and have an outside pet area.
